2. Allocation of Donations

All donations made through our website (including Zakat, Qurbani, Water Wells, Orphan Sponsorship, Education, and Emergency Relief) are allocated strictly in accordance with the specific fund or campaign selected by the donor.

3. Donation Refund & Recurring Giving Cancellation Policy

Under UK charity law (Charities Act 2011) and Charity Commission guidance, charities are generally unable to refund donations unless a donation was made in error, duplicated, or made without the cardholder’s authorisation. If you have made an error in the amount of your donation or notice a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 14 days at info@hasene.org.uk or call +44 20 8472 2272 with your receipt reference so we can process a full refund. Recurring monthly sponsorships can be cancelled at any time via your donor account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
