2. Personal Data We Collect & How We Use It

• Identity & Contact Details: Name, surname, email address, telephone number, and postal address are processed to issue official donation receipts, provide project updates (such as Qurbani, Water Wells, and Orphan Sponsorships), and manage donor enquiries.
• Payment Security: Card payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment provider (Stripe). Hasene Humanitarian Aid UK never stores raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.
• Gift Aid Declarations: Where UK taxpayers opt into Gift Aid, we retain your name, residential address, and donation records as legally required by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
